Combat Tweaks

I've added some new changes to combat and fixed some other issues along the way.

Firstly, enemies now take a movement speed penalty when injured. For now, it's mostly noticeable on the 'fast crab', because that lil' bastard was getting too close to players and making combat less enjoyable and causing more retreating play than I'd like.

This applies to all enemies and units, but as a general rule for now to trial it, the rule of thumb is 'fast units take a bigger penalty than slower ones' for both aliens and players. The cool off period for this effect across the board is fully tuneable, but for now it's set to 1 second.

Some other fixes

- Improved UI responsiveness for player health & rank
- Fixed player naming in the panels
- Fixed XP level bar bugs being interfered with by bots
- Modified attract mode
- Changed the splash page (added discord button)
- Some units now have speed penalty after taking damage (fast enemy balance)
- Additional analytics to allow better tuning
- New versioning system (automated)
